NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Statute 22nd and 23rd Vict. , cap. 35, that all persons having any claims against the estate of John Thistlethwayte Rolt Allen, late of Partridge Green, in the county of Sussex, formerly of Hunstanton, in the county of Norfolk, retired Local Government Board District Auditor (who died on the 13th day of March, 1913, and whose will, and two codicils, were proved by Robert William Hartley and Robert Wilberforce Hartley, the executors, on the 19th day of April last, in the Principal Registry), are required to send particulars, in writing, of such claims to the undersigned before the 7th day of June next, after which date the; executors will distribute the assets among the persons: entitled, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated this 7th day of May, 1913.
