WHEREAS John Slatter, late of the Parish of Waldron in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, is now a Prisoner in the New Goal in Southwark in the County of Surry, and charged in Execution therein at my Suit ; I do hereby give Notice, that I intend, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held in and for the said County of Surry, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall happen next after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof, to Compel the said John Slatter to deliver into Court upon Oath and subscribe a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, pursuant to the Directions of an Act of Parliament passed in the First Year of the Reign of His present Majesty King George the Third, intitled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors.
