WILLIAM BOTTING, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debt, claim, or demand upon or against the estate of William Botting, late of Hurst Barns Farm, in East Chiltington, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, deceased (who died on the 3rd day of October, 1867, and whose will was proved on the 7th day of December, 1867, in the District Registry at Lewes of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Emily Mighell Botting, Henry Botting, and Richard Marchant Beard, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to me the undersigned, at my office in Lewes aforesaid, on or before the 2nd day of March next, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, or demands of which they shall then have had notice ; and the said executors will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed or otherwise dealt with to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 18th day of January, 1368.
