I Charity Penfold of Steyning in the County of Sussex Widow make my last Will and Testament in manner following I give and bequeath all my Goods Chattels Rights Credits and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I shall die possessed of or be any wise entitled unto at the time of my decease unto and amongst my ffive Children following namely Richard Penfold John Penfold Elizabeth Penfold Catherine Penfold and Anne Penfold equally to be divided between and among them in equal shares and Proportions and share and share alike And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Sons Richard Penfold and John Penfold Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set and put my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty five
