The seaventeenth Day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred and sixty I John Winchester of Patcham in the County of Sussex yeoman being sicke of body but of good and perfect memory Doe ordayne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say
First I give and bequeath unto my youngest son Richard Winchester five pounds of good and lawful money of England to be paid when he shall Accomplish the age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Winchester Thirty pounds of Lawful money of England to be paid to the said Mary when shee shall Accomplish the full age of one and Twenty yeares or her Day of marriage which shall first happen
Item my Debts and Legacies being paid All the Rest of my goods and Chattels I give and bequeath unto Mary Winchester my loving wife and Thomas Winchester my Eldest sonne whome I make and ordayne joyntly and equally Executors unto this my last will and Testament
