THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against James Courtness, late of Hurstperpoint, in the County of Sussex, Shopkeeper, intend to meet on the 22d Day of May next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Crown Inn, in Arundel, in the said County of Sussex, in order to make a Further Dividend of the Estate and Effects of said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then substantiated will be disallowed.
