WHereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded against Henry Burtenshaw, of the Parish of Hurstperpoint, in the County of Sussex, Tanner, and he being declared a Bankrupt, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners on the 10th of September next, at Three in the Afternoon, and on the 11th of September next, and 6th of October following at Nine in the Forenoon, at the Star Inn in Lewes in Sussex, and make it full Discovery of his Estate and Effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their Debts, and at the first Sitting will chuse Assignees, and at the last Sitting the said Bankrupt is required to finish his Examination. All Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to whom the Commissioners shall appoint, but to give Notice thereof to Mr. Ralph Beard, Attorney, at Hurstperpoint aforesaid.
