TO be sold by Auction, at the Spread Eagle Inn, in Midhurst, in the County of Sussex, on Thursday the 7th Day of April instant, at Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, in one or more Lots as shall be agreed on at the Time of Sale, The Estate for Life of Mr. John Bundock, aged about Fifty-one Years, In Reversion of the Life Estate therein of Mrs. Ann Luff, aged Seventy-five Years, subject to such Conditions as shall be produced at the Time of the Sale of, and in the following Lands and Premises (to wit ; ) A Freehold Toft and Parcel of Land, containing, by Estimation, 4 Acres, called Erwin's Croft, situate in the Parish of Graffham, in the said County of Sussex, now in the Occupation of Isaac Reed, as Tenant thereof. One Messuage, Barn, Garden and Croft of Meadow, containing, by Estimation, 1 Acres and a Half, and about 25 Acres of other Land, situate at Graffham aforesaid, being Copyhold of Inheritance, held of the Manor of Wanworth, and which are also in the Occupation of the said Isaac Reed, as Tenant thereof; and One Messuage or Dwelling-House and Garden, situate on the North Part of the East-Street of Havant, in the County of Southampton, late in the Tenure of Captain Howe, and now unoccupied, being also Copyhold of Inheritance.
