TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause Payne against Payne, before John Hett, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's-inn, Chancery-lane, London, in Two Lots, A Freehold Estate, called Gravety and Wildgoose, situate in the Parishes of Westhothley and Worth, in the County of Sussex, comprizing the Manor of Gravety, with the Royalties and Quit-Rents thereto belonging ; together with a capital Mansion-House and Farm, and several Parcels of Coppices and Wood-Lands ; and a Leasehold Estate, consisting of One undivided Fourth Part (after deducting One undivided Twenty-fifth Part of the Whole) of and in Eighteen Messuages, situate in Green Dragon Court and Fowl Lane, within the Borough of Southwark in the County of Surry, being the Estates late, of Thomas Payne, Esq; deceased. Particulars whereof may be had (gratis) at the said Master's Chambers; of Mr. Wakeham, Attorney, East Grinstead, Sussex; of Mess. Greenwollers and Withy, Attornies, Took's-court, Chancery-lane, London ; and of Mr. Mullens, Attorney, Lawrence-Pountney-Lane, London.
