This eighth day of September 1823 I Ann Yaldwyn Spinster of Eastbourne in the County of Sussex do leave to my Brother John Yaldwyn residing in North America my share of a Rent Charge upon the Riddenhurst Estate Cranley Sussex amounting to Twenty two Pounds ten Shillings for his life & to be continued one Year after my death to his Executor or Administrator for the Payment of funeral or other expences and it is my desire that a copy of this my Will may be transmitted to him with the first intelligence of my decease it is furthermore my Will that if the aforesaid Rent Charge is regularly remitted to my Brother John Yaldwyn by my Executor it shall after the first Year of the decease of the aforesaid John Yaldwyn become the property of George King of the Navy who married Harriet Matilda Yaldwyn a natural Daughter of my Brother Richard Yaldwyn of Blackdown Sussex the rest and residue of my Effects of whatsoever description after my just debts and funeral Expences are paid I bequeath to my Sister Jane Yaldwyn Spinster of Eastbourne in the County of Sussex and I hereby constitute the aforenamed George King of the Navy Executor to this my last Will whereunto I subscribe my name Ann Yaldwyn In the Presence of James Philpott _ Mary Restall
