Re ELIZABETH CAROLINE DIPLOCK, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Elizabeth Caroline Diplock, late of 21, Royal-parade, Eastbourne, Sussex, Widow, deceased (who died on or about the 9th day of December, 1900, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted to George Thomas Webb, of Beddingham, near Lewes, Sussex, on the 12th day of February, 1901, by the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the said George Thomas Webb, or to the undersigned, his Solicitor, on or before the 20th day of April, 1901; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said administrator shall then have notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this l4th day of February, 1901.
