SARAH WICKENS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Sarah Wickens, late of Meadow Lodge, Bedford-road, Southborough, in the county of Kent, Widow, deceased (who died on the 4th day of May, 1891, and whose will was proved by Elias Turner, of Chilwood Common, Dane Hill, near Uckfield, in the county of Sussex. Grocer, and Charles Allcorn, of Court House, Beddingham, Lewes, in the said county of Sussex, Farmer, the executors therein named, on the 18th day of June, 1891, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims and demands to me, the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the 8th day of September next; after the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not be liable for the said assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 31st day of July, 1891.
