NOTICE. IN the Petition presented to the Junior Lord Ordinary in the Court of Session (Lord Low, Mr. Shaw, Clerk), by the Reverend Forbes Edward Winslow, M. A. , Rector of St. Paul's, St. Leonards-on-Sea, Sussex, and Others, Curators nominated and appointed to THEODORE EDGAR DICKSON BYRNE, eldest son of the now deceased Theodore Edgar Dickson Byrne, of Elshieshields and Drumness, and presently residing with Mrs. Ellen Susanna Warner Eykyn or Byrne, at 71 Morningside Drive, Edinburgh, conform to Deeds of Nomination specified in the Petition, for authority to substitute Bonds and Dispositions in Security for Bonds of Annual Rent over the Entailed Estates of Elshieshields, in the Parish of Lochmaben and County of Dumfries, and Drumness, in the Parish of Carsphairn, and Stewartry of Kirkcudbright, the Lord Ordinary has pronounced the following Interlocutor:— “20th February 1896. — Lord Low, — Act. - Salvesen. — The Lord Ordinary appoints the Petition to be intimated on the Walls and in the Minute-Book in common form, and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard Newspaper, grants Warrant for serving the same with a copy of this Interlocutor, upon the persons mentioned in the prayer of the Petition, and ordains them to lodge Answers if so advised, within seven days if within Scotland, and within fourteen days if furth thereof, both after service; further, nominates and appoints Mr. Campbell Hossack, W. S. , to be curator and tutor adlitem to Edward Gavin Johnstone Byrne and Edgar Alexander Eykyn Byrne respectively, and Mr. Hossack having appeared, accepted office and made the Declaration de fiddi administratione officii, allows him to see the Process, and ordains him to lodge Answers to the Petition if so advised, within the said period.
