TO be peremptorily sold by Auction, by Order of the major Part of the Commissioners under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Thomas Wightman, late of Arundel, in the County of Sussex, Vintner, Dealer and Chapman, and by Consent of the Mortgagee, on the 12th of February next, at Six in the Evening, at the Royal-Oak, in Portsea, in the County of Southampton, subject to such Conditions as shall be then and there produced, all those Two new erected Messuages or Dwelling-Houses, with the Yard and Appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in White's Row, Portsea aforesaid, now in the Tenure of John Viner and his Undertenant, at the annual Rent of 30l.
