TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree and subsequent Order of the High Court of Chancery made in a Cause Cresswell against Cresswell, before John Spranger, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at the Public Sale-Room of the said Court in Southampton-Buildings, Chancery-Lane, London, on Thursday the 21st Day of February, 1799, between the Hours of Twelve and One in the Afternoon, in Four Lots, Several Freehold and Copyhold Estates, late of John Cresswell, Gentleman, deceased, lying within the Parishes of Bosham and Funtington, in the County of Sussex. Particulars whereof may be had (Gratis) at the said Master's Chambers in Southampton-Buildings aforesaid ; of Mr. Fell, of the Six Clerks Office, Chancery-Lane, London ; and of Mr. Edward Johnson, Attorney, at Chichester, Sussex.
