THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Bicknell, of Eastergate in the County of Sussex, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects on the 21st Day of March instant, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Lion and Lamb Inn, in Farnham in the County of Surry, to take into Consideration the Propriety of compromising the Suits now depending between them and the Mortgagee or Mortgagees of the said Bankrupt's Estate at Eastergate aforesaid, or other Claimants thereon; and to assent to or dissent from the said Aliened Agreeing with such Mortgagee or Mortgagees, or other Claimants, for settling and adjusting the Disputes now depending reflecting the Charges upon the said Estate ; and to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees agreeing with the Mortgagee or Mortgagees of the Freehold and Copyhold Estates of the said Bankrupt, situate in the several Parishes of Elsted and Shackleford in the County of Surry, or either of them, or elsewhere, for the finally settling, adjusting and determining the Disputes now depending respecting the Charges upon the said last mentioned Estates respectively, or any of them; and also to assent to or dissent from the said assignees submitting to Arbitration or otherwise agreeing any Matter or Thing relating to the Premises, or any other Matter at Thing relating to or in anywise concerning the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; and on other special Matters.
