TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause Williams against Bourchier, and a subsequent Order, before John Wimot, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's-inn, Chancery lane, London, on Thursday the 12th Day of May next, between the Hours of Five and Six of the Clock in the Evening, in One Lot, The Real Estate of Richard Bourchier, deceased, consisting of a Messuage, Farm and Lands called Buddington, situate in the several Parishes of Wiston, Steyning and Findon, in the County of Sussex, containing in the whole about 390 Acres, 2 Roods and 11 Perches of Land, all lying compact and together, now in the Occupation of Mr. Rook, Tenant at Will, at an old Rent of 150 l. per Annum, subject to a Land Tax, but clear of all other Outgoings.
