Re EDWIN DAVID SMITH, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859, that all persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Edwin David Smith, late of Hellingly, in the county of Sussex (formerly of Brede, in the said county), Farmer, deceased, who died at Hellingly aforesaid, on the 11th day of September, 1904, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry, on the 30th day of December, 1904, by Lewis Amon, the surviving executor named therein, are required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to me, the undersigned, as Solicitor for the said executor, on or before the 25th day of March now next ensuing; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which he shall then have had notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim he will not then have had notice. — Dated this 15th day of February, 1905.
