In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Lusher of Beeding alias Seale in the County of Sussex yeoman this ffyfteenth day of November In the Thirtyth yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King defender of the faith etc doe make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following
ffirst and principally I Comitt my Soule into the hands of Almighty God And my body to the Earth to be buryed in such decent manner as my Executrix hereafter named shall think fitt Item I give unto my eldest sonn Thomas Lusher Three Hundred Pounds To be paid unto him at his age of One and Twenty yeares
Item I give unto my sonn Stephen Lusher The sume of Two Hundred and ffyfty Pounds
Item I give unto my sonn John Lusher the sume of Two hundred and ffyfty Pounds
Item I give unto my Three daughters Jane Anne and Susan Lusher The summes of One Hundred and Sixty Pounds a peece All which said Legacyes are to be paid unto my Children at theire atteyning theire severall ages of One and Twenty yeares
And if my wife Anne be now with Child with a sonn Then I give unto such sonn One Hundred and ffyfty Pounds besides the Copyhold Land which will fall to him But if it be a daughter Then my Will and Mind is that shee shall have One hundred and Sixty Pounds whereof One hundred Pounds shall be paid by such sonn or Child that shall enioy my Copyhold Estate and the Sixty Pounds by my Executrix hereafter named in manner and forme as the other Legacyes are to be paid
Item I give unto my Mother Susanna Rickward during her naturall life Three pounds a yeare to be paid her half yearely
And I make my loving wife Anne Lusher my whole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written Λ in margin - Annoq Domini 1678
