MARY PHILLIPS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claim against the estate of the late Mrs. Mary Phillips, of Dover-street, Folkestone, in the county of Kent (Widow of the Rev. John Phillips, formerly of Ninfield, in the county of Sussex, Clerk, deceased) who died on the 24th day of November, 1861, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 3rd day of January, 1862, are required to send in particulars of their claims to the executors of the deceased, at the office of the undersigned, No. 14, Parliament-street, in the city of Westminster, on or before the 1st day of May next, at which time the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which such executors shall then have notice. — Dated this 28th day of February, 1862 S.
