The Bankruptcy Act, 1861. Notice of Adjudications and First Meeting of Creditors. James Weston, of Flimwell, near Hurstgreen, Sussex, Miller, having been adjudged bankrupt, under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 13th day of February 1862, is hereby required to surrender himself to Henry Philip Roche, Esq. , a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 3rd of March next, at half past eleven in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. William Bell, of No. 3, Coleman-street-buildings, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. H. H. Coleman, No. 155, Fenchurch-street, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
