The following PRISONERS, whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court, having filed their Schedules, arc ordered to be brought up before the Court, as hereinafter mentioned, at the Court-House, in Portugal-Street, Lincoln's-Inn, as follows, to be dealt with according to the Statute : On Friday the 24th May, 1861, at Eleven o'Clock precisely, before Mr. Chief Commissioner Law. John Baily the younger (commonly called and known as John Bailey, and as J. H. Bailey, and sued and committed as J. H. Bailey), formerly of Holt, Wiltshire, then of No. 7, Upper Eaton-street, Pimlico, Middlesex, then of No. 51, St. James's-street, Brighton, Sussex, then of Holt aforesaid, then of No. -18, Windsor-terrace, Vauxhall-road, Surrey, then traveling on the Continent of Europe, then of Radley's Hotel, Bridge-street, Blackfriars, city of London, then of Holt aforesaid, then of Paris, France, then staying at the Euston Hotel, Euston-square, Middlesex, and then and late of No. 18, Windsor-terrace aforesaid, in no business.
