NOTICE is hereby given, that by indenture, dated, the 5th day of April, 1853, Henry White, of Berwick, in the county of Sussex, Blacksmith and Farmer, assigned all his personal estate and effects and covenanted to convey all his real estate unto Ebenezer Morris of the Cliffe, near Lewes, in the said county, Ironmonger, and William Lovell, of Litlington, in the said county, Smith, as trustees for the benefit of the creditors of the said Henry White; and the said indenture was executed by the said Henry White and Ebenezer Morris respectively, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of, and their respective executions are attested by, John Tattersall Auckland, of the Cliffe, near Lewes aforesaid, Solicitor, and Edward Hillman, his clerk, and by the said William Lovell, on the 8th day of April, 1853, in the presence of, and his execution is attested by, the said John Tattersall Auckland and William Wells, his clerk; and the said indenture now lies at my offices for execution by the creditors of the said Henry White.
