PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause of Ash versus Hele, the next of kin of Robert Selby Hele, late of Waltham Holy Cross, in the county of Essex, Gentleman, and of Charles Septimus Selby Hele, late of Upper Clapton, in the county of Middlesex, Gentleman, two of the sons of the Reverend Robert Hele Selby Hele, late Rector of Brede, in the county of Sussex, living at their respective deaths, or the personal representative or representatives of any of such next of kin as may have since died, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 10th day of July 1845, to come in and prove their kindred and make out their claims before Sir Giffin Wilson, one of the Masters of the said Court, at his chambers, in Southampton-buildings, Chancery-lane, London, or in default they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said Decree. Robert Selby Hele died in the month of January 1841, and Charles Septimus Selby Hele in the month of December 1840.
