Notes:

WHereas John Marner, late of Midhurst, in the County of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased, did, by his Will, give and devise all his Real Estate unto his Sister Ann Marner for Life, with Remainder to his Nephew John Bundock for his Life, subject to the Payment of 201. a Year to his Son John Marner Bundock, with Remainder to the said John Marner Bundock in Tail. And whereas a Commission of Bankrupt issued against, the said John Bundock in the Year 1782, on which he was declared a Bankrupt, and his Estate and Effects were assigned to Assignees chosen under the Commission; and it being apprehended that the said John Bundock may attempt to sell the Interest in the Real Estate late of Mr. Marner, so devised to him by Marner's Will, it is thought proper to inform the Public that he hath no Right whatever to dispose of the same, for that the said John Bundock not having obtained his Certificate under the said Commission of Bankrupt, the Property devised to him by such Will is vested in the Assignee under the Commission for the Benefit of his Creditors.
