THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against John Harraden, late of Chichester in the County of Sussex, Linen-draper, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of his Estate and Effects, on Wednesday the 23d Instant, at Six in the Afternoon, at the George and Vulture Tavern, Cornhill, to assent to or dissent from their making one or more Contacts for the Sale of the said Bankrupt's Stock in Trade and Effects by Private Contract ; and also to their commencing, prosecuting, or defending, one or more Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity concerning the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects ; or to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on Other special Affairs.
