THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Verrall, late of Lewes in the County of Sussex, Innholder, Dealer and Chapman, deceased, intend to meet on the 2d of October next, (and not on the 25th of September Instant, as Before advertised) at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the House of Henry Verrall, called the New Coffee House in Lewes in the said County of Sussex, in order to make a Dividend of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects ; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And the Creditors are desired to meet at Five o'clock the same Day, at the Place aforesaid, to consider whether to revive and prosecute a certain Suit in Chancery commenced by the said Bankrupt, or to drop the same.
