NOTICE OF CHARITABLE BEQUESTS. In the Goods of MADELINE HUGHES, late of Ballywalter, Co. Down, Spinster, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Statute 30 and 31 Victoria, Chap. 54, that the said Madeline Hughes, who died on or about the 9th day of January, 1936, by her Will, dated the 9th day of April, 1921, left the following Charitable Bequests:— "To the Belfast Cathedral Building Fund One hundred pounds. To the Protestant Orphan Society in connection with the Church of Ireland for the Counties of Antrim and Down, the sum of One hundred pounds. To the Hibernian Church Missionary Society (Belfast Branch), the sum of One hundred pounds. To the Holy Trinity Parish Church, Ballywalter, Co. Down, for the endowment of such Church the sum of One hundred pounds. To the Clergy Superannuation Fund in connection with the Church of Ireland, the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel amongst the Jews, the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Girls' Friendly Society Lodge, Belfast, the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Children's Aid Society, Belfast, the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Church of Ireland Women Workers' Settlement, Belfast, the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, the sum of Fifty pounds. " And Probate of the said Will was on the 10th day of March, 1936, granted forth of the Principal Registry of the King's Bench Division (Probate) of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland to Mrs. Margaret Jane Roper, of Western House, Hurstpierpoint, Sussex, the Executrix named in the said Will.
