WHEREAS the above-mentioned Thomas Edward Hampton claims to be the Owner of land in the Townland of Ballywilly, Barony of Oneilland West, and County of Armagh : Now in pursuance of the provisions of Section 17, Sub section 2, of the above Act the Land Purchase Commission, Northern Ireland, hereby publish the following Provisional List of all land in the said Townland of which the said Thomas Edward Hampton claims to be the Owner, which will become Vested in the said Commission by virtue of Part II of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925, on the Appointed Day to be hereafter fixed. Reg. No. : 1. Name of Tenant: Reverend Francis Burdett Johnston, Postal Address: 10 Manor Road, Farm Hill, Waltham Abbey, Essex, England, and, Name of Tenant: Isabella Selina Johnston (spinster), Postal Address: 14 Hampton Place, Brighton, Sussex, England. Barony: Oneilland West, Townland: Ballywilly, Reference No. on Map filed in Land Purchase Commission: 1, Area: 1A. 0R. 0P. Rent: £1 12s. 0d. Standard Purchase Annuity: £1 6s. 0d. Standard Price: £27 4s. 4d. NOTE. — The holding when vested in the purchaser shall continue to have appurtenant thereto, and to be subject to, as the case may be, any previously existing easements, rights and appurtenances. Any person objecting to this List by reason of the inclusion or non-inclusion therein of any land may lodge his objection on or before the 16th day of September, 1929. Such objection must be in conformity with the requirements of Order IX of the Provisional Rules dated the 29th day of May, 1925, made in pursuance of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925. In case the non-judicial holding set out in the above List becomes vested in the Commission under the Act the Standard Purchase Annuity in respect of such holding shall, as has been done above, be calculated in the manner specified in the Third Schedule to the Act as if the non-judicial Rent were a second term Judicial Rent, unless an objection is lodged on or before the 27th day of September, 1929. Such objection must be in conformity with the requirements of Order XIII of the said Provisional Rules. If any person, not being merely a chargeant or incumbrancer, objects on the ground that he has any interest in the land other than is stated in the above List or that his interest therein is incorrectly stated, or for any other reason, he must lodge his objection in the Registrar's Office of the Commission on or before the 16th day of September, 1929. Such objection must be in writing and must be signed by the Objector or his Solicitor, and must be served on the persons and in the manner set out in Order IX of the said Provisional Rules. Pursuant to Order VII of the said Provisional Rules the Owner has given the name and address of J. Sydney Bright, Solicitor, 7 Bedford Street, Belfast, as the name and address of the person to be served on behalf of the Owner with all objections to the above List. Any person objecting to the above List by reason of any misdescription or for any other similar reason may apply to the Commission to have the said error rectified on or before the 16th day of September, 1929.
