Harrison's description (1911):

HOLY TRINITY. Built in 1845 on site of former church. Note: two fonts, one Nor. (not used) and a large circular one (restored); an old stone pulpit on S. of chancel arch; effigy in chain armour (Sir Simon de Pierpoint?), late 12th c.; effigy in plate armour, railed with Sussex iron ( Sir S. dor Pierpoint?), 14th c.); 16th c. glass in E. window of S. chapel and in vestry, designed by Albert Dûrer. Reg. 1558.
