Style: 14th century style of stone. 13th century tower retained.

Harrison's description (1911):

Rebuilt, except tower (Perp.), in 1794. The fine old yew is the largest in Sussex and measures 37½ feet in circumference. Note the Pelham buckle in tower over the door. Reg. 1558.
