Hurst Green, (East Sussex)

Hurst Green is a modern parish formed from the eastern part of Etchingham and the northern part of Salehurst. Formerly the village straddled the boundary between the two parishes.

The centre of the village is dominated by the former Court House with its impressive three faced clock tower (no longer chiming owing to complaints from residents!).

The are two churches, Holy Trinity (Anglican) and Our Lady Help of Christians (Roman Catholic).
