THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under the Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against James Baker, of Ashburnham, in the County of Sussex, Shopkeeper, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects on the 26th Day of April instant, at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the King's Head, in the Parish of Ninfield, in order to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing and prosecuting or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity concerning the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; and also to the compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing, any Matter or Thing relating thereto ; and on other special Affairs.
