NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees, " that all persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Alfred Scott Witherbee, late of Savoy Hotel, Strand, London, and 44, West Forty-fourth-street, New York, United States of America, deceased (who died on the I9th day of June. 1922, and administration to whose estate and effects in the United Kingdom was granted to Colonel Charles Kingsley Milbourne, of Partridge Green, in the county of Sussex, and William Roberts, of Bella Vista, Perranporth, Cornwall, the lawful attornies of Mildred Eyssell, Widow, the natural and lawful Daughter and only next of kin of the said deceased, who now resides out of England, on the 14th day of December, 1922, by the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Colonel Charles Kingsley Milbourne and William Roberts, the said administrators, on or before the 30th day of January, 1923; and notice is hereby given, that after that date the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Alfred Scott Witherbee, deceased, to the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to any claims and demands of which they shall then have received due notice; and they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt, claim or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated the 16th day of December, 1922.
