Rear-Admiral CHARLES VESEY. Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute, 22nd and 23rd. , Victoria. , chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Charles Vesey, late of 4. Lansdowne-road, Tunbridge Wells, in the county of Kent, and formerly of "Jolesfield”, Partridge Green, West Grinstead, in the county of Sussex. Rear-Admiral (who died on the eighteenth day of February, 1904, and whose will was proved by Charles Aubrey Wade, the executor therein earned, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 8th day of March, 1904), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to us the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 1st day of July, 1904; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which he shall then have notice ; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand be shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 14th day of May, 1904.
