PETER NEWMAN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 35, entitled "An Act to amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claim or demand upon or against the estate, of Peter Newman, late of Partridge Green, in the parish of West Grinstead, in the county of Sussex, Yeoman, deceased (who died on the 27th. day of May, 1878, and whose will was proved in the District Registry at Chichester of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 26th day of July, 1878, by Peter Newman, one of the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of their respective claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors of the said executor, at our office at Henfield, on or before the 1st day of October next, after which time the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he, the said executor, shall then have had notice, and he will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 30th day of August, 1878.
