The Revd. GEORGE JOHN BOUDIER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts claims or demands against the estate of the Reverend George John Boudier late of Ewhurst Rectory Hawkhurst in the county of Sussex, Clerk in Holy Orders (who died on the 18th day of December, 1899, and letters of administration of his estate were granted to - Harriet Julia Sophia Boudier by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 21st day of February 1900), are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their debts, claims or demands to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said administratrix, on or before the 1st day of May 1200; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said intestate among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall no£ then have had notice. — Dated this 23rd day of March, 1900.
