SPENCER DAVIS WELLER, Esq. , Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claim or demand upon or against the estate of Spencer Davis Weller, late-of the Beacon, in Ewhurst, in the county of Sussex, Esq. , deceased (who died on the 3rd day of November, 1870, and whose will was proved in the District Registry at Lewes attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 24th day-of December, 1870, by James Farrance, Edmund Cramp, and Stephen Hilder, all of Ewhurst aforesaid, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in particulars of their respective claims and demands to the said executors, at the office of Messrs. E. and H. Martin, Solicitors, Battle, Sussex, on or before the 31st day of October next, after which day the said executors will proceed to apply the assets of the said deceased, having regard to the claims only of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so applied to any person or persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. —Dated this 13th day of July, 1871.
