Martin James Barber, of Dykes Farm, Ewhurst in the county of Sussex, Wheelwright, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Hastings, on the 17th day of July, 1867, a public sitting, for the said bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held at the said Court, at the Townhall, Hasting, on the 16th day of September instant, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender.
