NOTICE is hereby given, that the following is a copy of an entry made in the book kept by the Chief Registrar of the Court of Bankruptcy for the Registration of Trust Deeds for the benefit of creditors, Composition and Inspectorship Deeds executed by a debtor, as required by the Bankruptcy Act, 1861, sees. 187, 192, 194, 196, and 198 :— Number—1075. Title of Deed, whether Deed of Assignment, Composition, or Inspectorship — Conveyance and Assignment. Date of Deed—28th February, 1862. Date of execution by Debtor—28th February, 1862. Name and description of the Debtor, as in the Deed— William Gilfin, of Ewhurst, in tbe county of Sussex, Farmer, of the first part. The names and descriptions of the Trustees or other parties to the Deed, not including the Creditors. — Thomas Austin, of Ewhurst aforesaid, Farmer, and Thomas Reed Gilfin, of Ewhurst aforesaid, gentleman, Trustees of the second part, and the several other persons being creditors of the said debtor of the third part. A short statement of the nature of the Deed—Conveyance and Assignment by the said debtor of a messuage, buildings, and cottage with 78 acres of land, called Boys Farm, at Ewhurst, in the county of Sussex, and a messuage and 33 acres of land, Goatly, at Ewhurst aforesaid, and two messuages or cottages, in Adams-lane, Ewhurst aforesaid, and of all his personal estate (except the wearing apparel of himself and family), to the Trustees upon trust to sell, and after payment of the expenses, to divide the proceeds rateably among the creditors, who should execute deed pro rata, pay the surplus, if any, to the said debtors. When left for Registration—28th March, 1862, at 11 o'clock forenoon. WM. HY. WHITEHEAD, Chief Registrar.
