WHEREAS a Petition of Richard Brice the younger, formerly of Boxhill Farm, Dorking, Surrey, then of Staplecross, in the parish of Ewhurst, and late of the Park Farm, in the parishes of Salehurst and Bodiam. Sussex, Farmer and Grazier, and during part of the said time also having lodgings in Saint Margaret's-street, Canterbury, and now of the Hoathe, in the parish of Saint Martin, Canterbury, Kent, of no business or occupation, an insolvent debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Kent, at Canterbury, and an interim order for protection from process having been given to the said Richard Brice the younger, under the provisions of the Statutes in that case made and provided, the said Richard Brice the younger is hereby required to appear before the said Court, on the 17th day of May instant, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All persons indebted to the said Richard Brice the younger, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. John Callaway, Registrar of the said Court, at his office, at Canterbury, the Official Assignee of the estate and effects of the said insolvent.
