NOTICE is hereby give, that Henry Miller, of Northiam, in the county of Sussex, Miller and Farmer, has by indenture, dated the 12th day of August, 1858, assigned unto Thomas Austin the younger, of Ewhurst, in the said county, Farmer. Alexander Bishop Vidler, of Rye, in the said county, Merchant, and Tilden Miller, of Brede, in the said county, Miller, all his personal estate and effects, upon certain trusts therein declared, for the benefit of the creditors of the said Henry Miller, and that the said indenture of assignment, was duly executed by each of them the said Henry Miller, Alexander Bishop Vidler, and Tilden Miller, on the said 12th day of August, and by the said Thomas Austin, on the 25th day of August, 1858, in the presence of, and was attested by, Henry Whitmarsh, of Rye aforesaid, Solicitor; and that the said indenture now lies at the office of the undersigned Solicitors, for signature by the creditors of the said Henry Miller. — Dated this 26th day of August, 1858.
