JAMES MORRIS, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament, 22 and 23 Vict. , c. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of James Morris, late of East Grinstead, in the county of Sussex, deceased (who died on the 3rd day of October, 1906, and whose will was proved by Victor Emmanuel Morris, of East Grinstead aforesaid, and William John Morris, of Ashurst Wood, East Grinstead aforesaid, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 20th day of October, 1906), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned, the Solicitor of the said executors, on or before the 1st day of December, 1906 ; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 30th day of October, 1906.
