PURSUANT to a Judgment of the High Court of Justice, made in the matter of the estate of John Mills, deceased, and in the cause Mills against Crundwell and Taylor, 1888, M. , No. 2707, the creditors of John Mills, late of Ashurst Wood, East Grinstead, in the county of Sussex, Farmer and Tanner, who died on the 1st day of June, 1888, are, on or before the 15th day of January, 1889, to send by post, prepaid, to Messrs. Hastie and Little, of East Grinstead, in the county of Sussex, the Solicitors of the defendants, Henry Crundwell and Charles Taylor, the executors of the deceased, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily, excluded from the benefit of the said Judgment. Every creditor having any security is to produce the same before his Lordship Mr. Justice Kay, at his chambers, situated in the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on Monday, the 23rd day of January, 1889, at twelve of the clock at noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims. — Dated this 5th day of December, 1888.
