Captain ALEXANDER STUART HARINGTON, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Vict. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Alexander Stuart Harington, late of The Beeches, Ashurst Wood, East Grinstead, in the county of Sussex, late Lieutenant in the Rifle Brigade and Captain in the 2nd Regiment Lancashire Militia, deceased, formerly of York-street, St. James's-square, and the Army and Navy Club and St. James's Club, London, and of Nottingham (who died on the 2nd day of September, 1878, and whose will was proved by Eleanore Harington, Widow, the relict of the said deceased, one of the executors named in the said will, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 7th day of November, 1878), are hereby required to send the particulars of their respective claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors to the said executrix, on or before the 31st day of December, 1878, after which day the said executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which she shall then have had notice; and the said executrix will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim or demand she shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 26th day of November, 1878.
