SUSANNAH AGATE, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the estate of Susannah Agate, late of West Grinsted, and formerly of Worthing, both in the county of Sussex, Spinster, deceased (who died on or about the 23rd day of January, 1871, and of whose personal estate and effects letters of administration were granted by Her Majesty's Court of Probate, at the Chichester District Registry, on the 13th day of February, 1871, to Henry Agate, of Sullington, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, a lawful brother and one of the next-of-kin of the said deceased), are, on or before the 1st day of April, 1871, to send full particulars of their debts and claims to the administrator of the said Susannah Agate, at my office, Chapel-road, Worthing, in the county of Sussex, and that the said administrator will, on or after the 1st day of April, 1871, proceed to distribute the assets of the said Susannah Agate amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 14th day of February, 1871.
