Advertisement. Whereas there hath been lately discovered a way to cleanse Tresoil or Hopp-Claver Seed from its husks and other ill Seeds, &c. by Rich. Haines of Sullington in Sussex : By means of which, it is become much better for certain growing, and profitable Crops, insomuch that some Land not worth 6s. per Acre for Pasture, may be improved to the value of 50s. per Acre. These are to certifie, That the said Seeds to cleans'd, are to be sold, with Bills of direction more at large shewing the advantage thereof, by Mr. Thomas Mottershed at the Cross. Keys in Lumbard-street, and Mr. William Lucas at the Naked Boy(? ) in the Strand, and not elsewhere in London.
