NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of John Austen, late of Brede, in the county of Sussex Yeoman, deceased (who died on or about the 8th day of November, 1859, and whose will was proved by Thomas Austen, of Ewhurst, in the said county of Sussex, and Edwin Austen, of Udimore, in the same county, the Executors in the said will, named in Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 12th day of December, 1859), are hereby required to send to us, the undersigned, Messrs. Neve, Wilson, and Farrar, of Cranbrook, in the county of Kent, Solicitors, to the said Executors, the particulars of the debts or claims upon the said estate, with the nature of their securities, (if any, ) on or before the 2nd day of July, 1860; and notice is hereby also given, that, in default thereof, the said Executors will, on or after the expiration of the said 2nd day of July, 1860, proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the debts or claims of which the Executors shall then have notice, and that the said Executors will not be liable for any debt or claim of which they shall not then have notice. — Dated this 15th day of May, 1860.
