TO be sold, in lots, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in the causes Woodhams versus Woodhams, and Woodhams versus Langford, with the approbation of James William Farrer, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, some time in the month of September 1847, of which due notice will be given; Certain freehold and copyhold premises, situate in or near the parishes of Peasmarsh and Icklesham, in the county of Sussex; and also certain mortgages of the tolls of the road from Vineball to Rye, in the same county, late the property of William Woodhams, of Tufton-place, Udimore, in the same county, deceased. Particulars whereof may in a short time be had (gratis) at the said Master's chambers, Southampton-buildings, Chancery-lane, London; of Mr. Clayton, Solicitor, No. 10, Lancaster-place, Strand; of Messrs. Lardner and Dawes, Solicitors, Rye ; of Messrs. Waterman and Co. Solicitors, No. 23, Essex-street, Strand; and at the various hotels and inns in the neighbourhood of the property.
