NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of GEORGE EGERTON WARBURTON, late of Parkhurst, High Hurstwood, Uckfield, in the county of Sussex, retired Land Agent, deceased (who died on the 27th day of October, 1923, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry, on the 22nd day of January, 1924, by Ruth Warburton, the executrix therein named}, are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for Lieutenant-Colonel George Reginald Lascelles and Algernon Lascelles Hansel, who are the executors of the will of the said Ruth Warburton, who died on the 18th day of February, 1924, on or before the 31st day of May, 1924, at the undermentioned address, after which date the said Lieutenant-Colonel George Reginald Lascelles and Algernon Lascelles Mansel will proceed to distribute the assets of the said George Egerton Warburton, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and the said Lieut. -Colonel George Reginald Lascelles and Algernon Lasoelles Mansel will not be liable for the assets of the said George Egerton Warburton, deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice — Dated the 23rd day of April, 1924.
